While students from Auburn University, University of Alabama-Birmingham and Valdosta State University are leaving, students from Loyola University-New Orleans, Tulane University and Xavier University of Louisiana will be enjoying Spring Break. Teen charged with selling weed at Seaside SANTA ROSA BEACH - An 18-year-old Santa Rosa Beach man is accused of selling marijuana. Walton County Sheriff’s deputies were patrolling on March 23 around 9 p.m. when they noticed a black sedan with “smoke pouring out of the opened driver’s side window,” according to the arrest report. Wesley David Fegely was in the front passenger seat with “a red solo cup full of money in his hands” and “a purple backpack in between his legs,” the report said. He was detained and during a pat down, deputies noticed a bump, which Fegely revealed was a bag of marijuana, according to the report. He said he’d bought a quarter pound for $900 and was selling it to make money, the report said. He is charged with felony possession of a counterfeited driver’s license or ID, felony selling marijuana, misdemeanor possession of alcohol by a minor, misdemeanor trespassing and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
