A report came out today showing that Pacquiao is the highest tax payer in the Philippines. He has paid about 3.2 million in taxes for the year of 2013. But according to the government he owes a lot more. The Philippine IRS says he owes 2.2 billion pesos (around $50 million US dollars) in taxes from the years 2008-2009. Pacquiao disputes this saying he paid taxes in the US and can’t be taxed twice for certain revenue. He is expected to make between $80-100 million for fighting Floyd Mayweather. H/T Boxing Scene
