By Edward Cardenas SOUTHFIELD (CBS Detroit) – The busiest location on Super Bowl Sunday may not be in Arizona, but the kitchen of pizza parlors across country. On Sunday, Domino’s expects to deliver more than 11 million pizza slices and more than 3 million chicken wings nationwide. “Super Bowl Sunday is probably our busiest day of the year,” said Lance Rafou, Domino’s supervisor, who added that it’s all hands on deck. “We have the whole staff here to work the whole day.” This large number of pizza sales mark nearly an 80 percent overall increase from a typical Sunday, according to the Ann Arbor-based company. Additionally, Domino’s expects to sell 3 million chicken wings (boneless and bone-in) on game day. This is a 179 percent increase over a typical Sunday. Across the chain, and at the Domino’s store in Southfield, crews are preparing for a record day. Rafou added that there will be nearly four times the regular Sunday staff for the Super Bowl festivities – and they will be busy working and won’t have a chance to watch the game. “Even though we don’t get to watch the game, we still have fun with each other making pizza,” said Rafou, who stated the whole team usually isn’t in store at one time. For those planning to host Super Bowl parties – which is nearly 43 million people according to the National Retail Federation – plan ahead Rafou said. He recommends calling ahead – as early as Saturday – to schedule a large order for deli
