Police arrest suspect in February shooting death of 18-year-old from Southeast

D.C. police have arrested a suspect in a double shooting that occurred in February in Southeast Washington and left one man dead, according to authorities.Rocquel Shacore Bradley, 20, of Southeast, has been charged with first-degree murder while armed.
