TALEQUAH, Okla. – Someone’s idea of an Easter treat landed a woman in jail. Police say they found $30,000 worth of meth stuffed in an furry Easter bunny. Police say they got a tip and intercepted a package headed to a home in Talequah. They found a pound of meth inside the bunny worth with an estimated street value of $30,000. Resident Carolyn Ross admitted to police she was expecting the package and was supposed to redistribute the meth to and unknown person at a later date. She’s being held on a $75,000 bond as the investigation continues into whether there is more to this bunny-bound drug smuggling ring. Report a typo
